This makes me wonder: Do conspiracy theories really “dishonor” the dead?
So to “honor the dead” we must maintain that they didn’t “die in vain”? What does it mean to “die in vain”? To die for no reason?
So we must glorify their deaths with propaganda to make them heroes? And must we then avenge their deaths so that they do not die “in vain” ?
To “honor” them we must go on the warpath and take two million lives in Iraq? Is this the right behavior of a supposed “Christian nation”?
