ACLU seeks Dept. of Justice docs on torture, etc

The ACLU is seeking Bush administration documents pertaining to torture, surveillance, and other controversial topics.

The civil rights organization sent a letter on the 28th to the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel. This is the same office that provided legal advice to the White House under George W. Bush.

Personally I think the ACLU has absolutely no chance of success getting these documents.
