The Rights of Man

Buy a $15,000 Policy or Go to Jail
JCT Confirms Failure to Comply with Mandate Can Lead to 5 Years in Jail

Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the health care bill could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain "acceptable health insurance coverage" and who choose not to pay the bill's new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

Key excerpts from the JCT letter appear below:

"H.R. 3962 provides that an individual who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax."

"If the government determines that the taxpayer's unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply..."

Section 7203--misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.

Section 7201--felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years."

The healthcare bill is simply a scheme devised by the banking-insurance cartel to acquire billions of more dollars by forcing people to buy insurance or face a penalty of fines/jail. Somewhat similar to their auto insurance racket where one's vehicle can be confiscated for not purchasing their insurance. A type of "protection money" if you will. Of course the masses will meekly submit to this new despotic decree of Big Brutha, just as they have no problem removing their shoes at airports or purchasing a "trail pass" to hike in the national forests. As we all know, slavery is not primarily a physical malady but a psychological one.

"There is a vile threat to the "rugged American individualism" which actually created the U.S.A., by the bureaucratic crowd who want society to be a convict prison. "Safety first"; there is no "social insecurity", no "fear for the future", no anxiety about what to do next--in Sing Sing." --Aleister Crowley

As the genetically-determined sociopathic vermin who own all the major banks and insurance companies, while managing both rigged rep/dem parties and mass media continue to increase their tyrannical power over the booboisie through numerous unconstitutional measures it's good to read Mr. Crowley's "Rights of Man":

1. Man has the right to live by his own law--
to live in the way that he wills to do:
to work as he will:
to play as he will:
to rest as he will:
to die when and how he will.
2. Man has the right to eat what he will:
to drink what he will:
to dwell where he will:
to move as he will on the face of the earth.
3. Man has the right to think what he will:
to speak what he will:
to write what he will:
to draw, paint, carve, etch, mould, build as he will:
to dress as he will.
4. Man has the right to love as he will:--
"take your fill and will of love as ye will,
when, where, and with whom ye will." --AL. I. 51
5. Man has the right to kill those who would thwart these rights.
"the slaves shall serve." --AL. II. 58
